	A senior chartered Accountant with more than four decades of experience by his side, Mr B. P. Agrawal has extensive expertise in Bank Audits, Insurance, Government and PSU, ROC Investigations, Project Reports, Due diligence and project Finance. During his career span of more than 40 years, Mr Agrawal has had a rich experience with the top corporate houses in India and has a rich insight of the internal control system both of companies as well as Banks.

	Rakesh Kumar Agarwal (Senior Partner), FCA, ICWAI(Inter), CS(Inter).
	Mr. Rakesh Agarwal specializes in Project financing from Banks, Banks Audits, Corporate law , Income tax Laws, Sales Tax procedures & Service Tax laws & project financing. Professional experience with various MNC's. in the internal Audit & systems department. Worked in alliance with KPMG Peat Marwick in the assignment relating to Business Process Re-engineering & re-installation of the ERP package. The prior experience include preparation of Audit & systems Manual for various key processes within various manufacturing and trading companies & internal/management audit with companies operating in various industries.

	Prashant Jhunjhunwala (Key Partner), FCA.
	An experienced Chartered Accountant with specialization in business valuation area, he has successfully conducted a number of pre take-over due diligence assignments for his clients which have significantly contributed in concluding the deals. He has been key factor in developing business plan, making out project report and raising finance for many of the clients over a period of time.
